JOURNALING: Computer or Handwritten?:
In this age of a computer in every home, I see alot of computer generated journaling in magazine layouts. Sure it's easy, fast and looks better than your own handwriting. Right? Well, maybe so but it's not nearly as endearing or personal. My own mother had been gone a few years when I started scrapbooking. Going through photos and pagers to include in my family Heritage album, I came across various things that were written in her own handwriting. I felt a big tug on my heart. It was like a piece of her was there with me. My mother hated her handwriting and would have loved the computer, but I'm so very glad she didn't have the chance. If you feel that computer generated journaling is better than nothing, ok, but please include SOME handwritten journaling...for your families sake.
